  • At least 10 years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance and/or Private Equity, preferably with middle market / boutique firm experience.
  • Excellent contacts and extroverted personality; not shy of cold calls.
  • Business-oriented with strong commercial sense .
  • Excellent English and Spanish.
  • Professionals interested in pursuing corporate finance in the sector/industry in which they possess relevant experience.
  • Executives with senior management experience and deep domain expertise.
  • Capable of identifying potential opportunities and possessing extensive contacts in their sector or industry at senior levels.
  • Business-oriented with strong commercial sense.
  • Excellent English and Spanish.
  • Able to strengthen the execution capability of the team.
  • Outstanding analytical, financial and modeling skills.
  • Capable of contributing to valuation, transaction structuring and managing transaction process.
  • Able to produce key deal documents - teaser, Info. Memo., etc..
  • Strong and polished communication skills; able to comfortably speak with client, potential buyers and other advisors.
  • Contributes actively to the deal - takes initiative, identifies ways to create value for clients, hands-on.
  • Professionals with at least 3 years experience in M&A, Corporate Finance and/or Private Equity preferably in a well regarded boutique.
  • Business-oriented with strong commercial sense .
  • Excellent English and Spanish.
